Guide — Your First Class

Everything you need to know before your first visit

What to wear

Choose comfortable, fitted clothing that allows free movement. For ballet — a leotard and ballet slippers or socks. For pilates and stretching — leggings and a fitted top. Avoid loose tops and jewelry.

What to bring

A water bottle, a small towel, and a positive attitude! For ballet, prepare ballet slippers (you can start in socks). For mat pilates — your own mat or use ours.

How to prepare

Arrive 10 minutes early to change and relax. Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before class. Let the instructor know about any injuries.

What to expect

Classes begin with a warm-up, move to the main workout, and end with stretching. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive — everyone works at their own pace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need ballet experience?

Absolutely not! I run groups for complete beginners. You will learn everything step by step.

How many people are in a group?

Groups have a maximum of 10-12 people, so I can give attention to each participant.

Is reformer pilates difficult?

The reformer adapts to your level. Spring resistance is adjustable, so both beginners and advanced practitioners will find the right challenge.

Can I come for a trial class?

Of course! Your first class is a great opportunity to see if the training type suits you. Contact me to schedule a session.

Are classes suitable for men?

Yes! All my classes are open to everyone, regardless of gender.
